		<description>That&#039;s a great explanation. Like Tim, I found my way here researching something else but the blog post title caught my attention. What&#039;s frustrating is that consumers want governments to reduce spending but when it comes to technology projects it seems that governments make it difficult for the most innovative and efficient systems integrators to win.</description>
